About Me

I find life in the power of words and the silent voice that screams between them.  My passion, my purpose and my natural gifts have words as the common denominator.  My professional career has been in education, music and business.  And yet, my true heart dwells in the spoken word, the gift of gab, singing, poetry, art and anything I can possibly do with words.  I can remember traveling from California's Rose Bowl Parade back to Louisiana at the age of 5 or so.  At each stop along the way, I picked up the local accent and jargon.  From that time and to this day, I have been intrigued with dialects and speech patterns.  That original spark created a long burning fire in me.

Over the years, my vocal work has included the following: work as a professional studio musician singer (overdubs, track singing, and live recordings), some live radio work, several political campaign ads, the narrator's voice of a television broadcast, live singing on internet and radio, and being a keynote speaker and trainer on educational topics.
