The Annual Louisiana NVT Awards, organized by the NOLA Voice Talent Foundation, are designed to recognize individual talent and commitment to the movie, theater, broadcasting, and voice-over industries in Louisiana.

The gala also provides a celebration for all involved in the movie and related industries in Louisiana and is also an opportunity for the Foundation to provide an annual social gathering for its members. Not least, of course, the event is also an opportunity to raise funds for non-profit organizations in the region - The nominated charity for the 2016 NVT Awards (and of the NVT 2016 Benefit Production of "It's a Wonderful Life") is The Louisiana chapter of The Children's Tumor Foundation, for Neurofibromatosis support (Baton Rouge, LA. www.ctf.org/Chapters-Affiliates/Louisiana/ ); a condition suffered by one of the Foundation's junior members.
